Senator Sam McCann welcomes Katie Weller of Palmyra to the Senate chambers.

Katie, who just completed her sophomore year in the nursing program at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, works in Senator McCann’s district offices.

She is the daughter of Wayne and Shanda Weller.
